Goodbye Arctic Friends
It is time to say good bye for now.
We are already hatching plans for the future.
An additional shout out to Alex P, who was out of town until the screening night, it was so nice to squeeze in a visit. It was so generous of him to offer the Residence for the workshop and accommodations. Nakummiik!
Also one more shoutout to Elaiysa the chef of the Residence…she even attended the screening after cooking a whole meal fo he mother’s 70th birthday!!! Nakummiik!
Below is a picture of Alex and Elaiysa at the Feb 18 graduation. Folks we worked with in 2019 came back to Kangiqsujuaq for the celebration! Mark! Leena! Ned! Congrats on graduating! We are bummed we missed you all by 2 days!
