Eenchokay Birchstick School - workshop day 5

SUNDAY!!!!

A full crew again today!

Randy came and polished his edit and added end credits! This film is an incredible, personal and brave story that has the potential to help others learn to be kind to themselves and forgive. Thank you so much Randy, for making it!

Nina arrived in the afternoon ready to add titles, fine tune her edit and add end credits. Her film is finished! Nina’s is also a personal film. Hers can help people understand the effects of bullying and how, by choosing respectful and kind ways of being, it will lead to a better life for all. Big Hugs to Nina for creating this visionary experimental documentary!

Crystal animated a cel phone scene, a daisy come to life, and female and male symbols. She also prepped her background and characters for a seed and bee scene. This film has such whimsy. SO looking forward to see it all come together tomorrow!

Kavarah, Cassidy, Curtis, Hosiah & Jenniah also came to the workshop to not only edit their first scene together but then to film all the rest of their scenes! They had to work on the fly, changing locations and script slightly to account for only one more day of the workshop. They will all return to tomorrow to edit the scenes together….this film is part crime / part fairytale???? We CAN’T WAIT to see how it will end!

Tomorrow is the last day of the workshop and then we will share the films at a screening for the whole school Tuesday morning!

Thanks again for a fun and fast day!!
